Join us January 19, 2024 at the historic Bartlett Center, 409 S. 18th Street.
This will be a lively evening with opportunities to meet and interact with people from across St. Joseph, hear the St. Francis Baptist Temple Choirs, and listen to insights from several community leaders about how we can work together. Doors will open at 5:45 pm, the choirs will sing at 6:15, and presentations will start at 6:45. There will be many opportunities for individual and small group conversations, as well as food and raffle prizes. Although RSVPs are not required, they are encouraged, using this form. Filling out the form will help us plan for enough food for all.
The Bartlett Center is an especially appropriate place to end the week in which we celebrate the legacy of Martin Luther King, Jr. As described by Executive Director LaTonya Williams, “For so many local families, it was a cornerstone of relationships and togetherness. And a connection to the African American stories of our city. It still is that today.”
We look forward to seeing you there.
